About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of Articles 212, of 224, 229 and 319 Tax codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 85 and 86 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for realization of Item 8 of part 1 of Article 212 and part 5 of article 239 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 12, 2009 No. 517 the following changes:

- in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word and figure "for a period of 3 years" to exclude;

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of forms of tax reports, patents, calculations, notifications, information and information calculations for administration of taxes" of March 16, 2011 No. 109 the following changes:
