in Rules of the organization of building and passing of the allowing procedures in the field of construction approved by the specified order:

violation of architectural style of the building, construction, except as specified, when the action for capital repairs and reconstruction of the building or construction provides complex registration of facade in single style using identical construction materials;

placement on facades of apartment residential and public buildings of satellite and radio intakes for acceptance of satellite or radio signal of the telecom operators and (or) TV and radio broadcasting which do not have the license for distribution of teleradio channels in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

add with Item 31-1 of the following content:

"31-1. The statement for provision of APZ and specifications moves in form according to appendix 1 to these rules to structural division of MIO performing functions in the field of architecture and town planning by means of the web portal of "the electronic government" or the State corporation with appendix:
