In pursuance of article 4 of the Law on write-off of penalty fee and financial sanctions (penalties) N 453-XV of July 30, 2001. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, N 94-96, Art. 750) DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Moldova
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for application of the Law on write-off of penalty fee and financial sanctions (penalties) it (is applied).
2. The main state tax authorities till November 20, 2001, on February 20, 2002 and on August 20, 2002 to provide to the Government information on the course of accomplishment of the specified provision, and also lists of taxpayers which will write off the amounts of penalty fee and financial sanctions (penalties), for the direction in Parliament.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Minister of Finance Mr. Mikhail Manoli.
