Article 1. Enter into the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 12, 2001 "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2001, No. 4, Art. 215; 2003, No. 4, Art. 152; 2008, No. 1, h 1, Art. 1; 2009, No. 12, Art. 813) following amendments:

"Members of the government after appointment as the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and approval of the decree on joint sitting of Majlisi milli and Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan take the oath to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan:

"As the member of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan, with sense of responsibility I take the oath to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan that I will put interests of the nation and the state above everything, faithfully and I will honesty direct all the forces and knowledge for economic and social development of Tajikistan, to strictly observe the Constitution, the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, the order and presidential decrees of the Republic of Tajikistan, in basis of the activities to put justice and legality, I will honesty serve for further increase in the international image of the homeland.".
