About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility)

Article 1.

Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following changes:

Part 2 of Article 4 to add 1) with Item 25 of the following content:

"8. The inventory for which the minimum level of reference prices is established, the extent of the minimum level of reference prices, procedure for determination, use of the minimum level of reference prices affirm the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

9. On imported goods concerning which the minimum level of reference prices is established for the purposes of of this Code the price not lower than the level, established according to part 8 of this Article is agreed.";

4) in Article 265:

a) regarding 3 words "cases, stipulated in Article" shall be replaced with words "deliveries at the cost corresponding to the level of the market prices applied according to Article";
