About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes in some orders of the Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 15, 2013 No. of the 122nd "About approval of the Form of the passport of installation" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 8496, No. 299 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on October 23, 2013 (27573)):
to be reworded as follows the form of the passport of installation approved by the specified order, according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) in the order of the acting minister of power industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 28, 2015 No. 502 "About approval of report forms about inventory count of greenhouse gases" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 11818, published in information system of law of Ad_let of August 6, 2015):
to be reworded as follows the report form about inventory count of greenhouse gases for subjects of distribution of quotas for emissions of greenhouse gases approved by the specified order, according to appendix 2 to this order;
to be reworded as follows the report form about inventory count of greenhouse gases for subjects of administration approved by the specified order, according to appendix 3 to this order.
2. To provide to department on climate change of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the direction of the copy of this order on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" within five working days from the date of receipt of the registered order;
3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies;
4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2) and 3) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
