The procedure for forming and application of the Common customs tariff of Ukraine determined by this Law when importing to customs area of Ukraine and export out of limits of this territory of goods and other objects is established for the purpose of taxation by customs duty of the specified goods and other objects.
Coverage of this Law is the single customs area of Ukraine.
Customs taxation in the territory of special customs zones is regulated by this Law, other laws of Ukraine and international treaties setting special legal regime of these zones in each separate case.
The common customs tariff of Ukraine, change and amendment to it shall be officially published in public mass media not later than 45 days before their Date of Introduction in action. If the specified documents will not be officially published, they do not become effective. If the specified documents are published out of time, the 46th day will be considered date of entry into force from the moment of the official publication. The official publication the publication in the periodic official publication of the Supreme Council of Ukraine or the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is considered. Date of the actual issue of the corresponding number of this edition is considered date of the official publication.
