About entering of amendments into the Order of the Government No. 845 of December 18, 2009.

In the Order of the Government No. 845 of December 18, 2009. "About territorial bureaus of the State office" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 189-190, 923), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

Item 1 to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content at the end:

"Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Advisory board created in administrative and territorial unit of the second level according to appendix No. 3-1";

2) to add the Resolution with appendix No. 3-1 of the following content:

Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Advisory board created in administrative and territorial unit of the second level

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on the organization and functioning of the Advisory board created in administrative and territorial unit of the second level (further – Council), regulate structure, functions, the rights and obligations of Council, and also procedure for the organization of the work.

2. Council is the consultative body created by the chief of territorial bureau of the State office (the representative of the Government in the territory) for accomplishment of powers on general coordinating of activities of deconcentrated public services of the ministries and other central administrative authorities of the administered territory.

II. Structure of Council

3. Council has the following structure:

a) the chief of territorial bureau of the State office (the representative of the Government in the territory) as the chairman;

b) the deputy chief of territorial bureau of the State office responsible for general coordinating of activities of deconcentrated public services of administrative and territorial unit of the second level in whom Council is created;
