Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About compensation of damage from construction of the Toktogul hydroelectric power station and water storage basin in the territory of the Toktogul district and the village of Zhazykechuu of the city of Karakul of the Jalal-Abad region" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 3, the Art. 84) the following changes:
regarding 1 Article 6:
- shall be replaced with words the words "43, 0 million som" "70, 0 million som";
- "The state agency on power under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words words "authorized state body on fuel and energy complex regulation".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
