1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the economic competition" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 12, Art. 64; 2005, No. 26, Art. 348) following changes:

Part one of Article 24 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Concentration can be performed only on condition of preliminary receipt of permission of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine or administrative board of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in the cases provided by part two of article 22 of this Law and other regulatory legal acts if:
