Regulations on rates for public services of telecommunication and information science

PART A.

Section I. General provisions

1. Regulations on rates for public services of telecommunication and information science (further - the Provision) are developed according to the existing national legal system, international conventions and agreements which party the Republic of Moldova is, and establishes procedure of payments and establishments of rates for the public services of telecommunication and information science rendered by the operators holding dominant position in the market of these services.
