in Item 1:
in paragraphs second and third the subitem 1.1 of figure "2016" to replace with figures "2018";
to exclude the word "special" from subitems 1.3 and 1.4;
in paragraph three of Item 2 of figure "2021" to replace with figures "2023".
2. In two-month time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
