About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and local courts"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and local courts" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 10, the Art. 463) the following changes:

in Article 15:

to state the subitem 1 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"1) considers materials of studying and generalization of court practice and makes the leading explanations concerning court practice on application of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic;";

add Item 5 with paragraphs second and third the following content:

"Resolutions of plenum of the Supreme Court are obligatory for courts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The procedure for consideration of materials of studying and generalization of court practice and giving explanation concerning court practice is determined by application of the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic by the Supreme court rule.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
