About limiting approval of the size of the duties collected by secretaries local (rural, utility) councils for making of notarial actions
In pursuance of article 38.1 of the Law on notariate N 1153-XIII of April 11, 1997. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, N 61, the Art. 520) and articles VIII and XII of the Law on modification and amendments in some legal acts N 757-XV of December 21, 2001. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, N 17-19, Art. 58) DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Moldova
1. Approve according to limiting appendix the size of the duties collected by secretaries local (rural, utility) councils for making of notarial actions.
2. To local councils (by rural, utility) to approve the size of duties on making of notarial actions by secretaries local (rural, utility) councils, proceeding from the limits set by this resolution.
3. Exempt needy categories of citizens (retirement pensioners and disability) from payment of duty on making of the warrant for receipt of pensions, benefits and compensations.
4. The payment levied for making of notarial actions is transferred into budgets of administrative and territorial units.
