Art. I. – In article 16 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585-XIII of February 27, 1998 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, parts (5) and (to recognize 6) invalid.
Art. II. – To the government in a month from the date of entry into force of this law:
a) provide to Parliament of the offer on reduction of the current legislation to compliance with this law;
b) bring the regulations into accord with this law.
