About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 18, 2014 No. 820

According to Articles 15, of 25, 26 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement and increase in efficiency of use of mechanisms of regulation of the monetary market, according to Items 8 and 10 of the Section I of the Regulations on procedure for the forming and storage of required reserves by banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 11, 2014 No. 806 (with changes), the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. No. 820 "About change of procedure for forming and storage of required reserves" (with changes) to exclude Items 8 and 9 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 18, 2014.

With respect thereto Items 10 - 14 to consider respectively Items 8 - 12.

2. To department of information technologies (Nagornyuk V. V.) to make corresponding changes to the software on creation by banks of the statistical reporting under form No. 381 "The certificate of the raised funds and their remaining balance on correspondent account".
