About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the status of the judge No. 544-XIII of July 20, 1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 15-17, 63), with subsequent changes to make the following additions:

1. Part (Article 6 to add 4) with Item d) the following content:

"d) it was brought to disciplinary responsibility for non-compliance with provisions of part (2) article 6 of the Law on assessment of institutional integrity No. 325 of December 23, 2013.".

2. Add Article 9 with part (8) the following content:

"(8) After giving of document package the board on selection and career of judges demands from the National center for fight against corruption and/or Service of information and safety the reference from the register of testing of professional integrity for the candidate for the positions provided by part (6).".

IV. – Part (1) article 19 of the Code about elections No. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, No. 81, Art. 667), with subsequent changes, to add with words ", and also for the last five years the testings of professional integrity of records of rather negative test result for professional integrity which do not have in the register for violation of obligation, stipulated in Item and) parts (2) article 6 of the Law on assessment of institutional integrity No. 325 of December 23, 2013.".

Art. V. – Article 12 of the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192-XIV of November 12, 1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126BIS), with subsequent changes to add with words ", and also for the last five years the testings of professional integrity of records of rather negative test result for professional integrity which do not have in the register for violation of obligation, stipulated in Item and) parts (2) article 6 of the Law on assessment of institutional integrity No. 325 of December 23, 2013.".

Ст.VI. – Article 7 of the Law on Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova No. 753-XIV of December 23, 1999 (1999, No. 156, the Art. 764), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item f) the following content:

"f) implementation of assessment of institutional integrity according to requirements of the Law on assessment of institutional integrity No. 325 of December 23, 2013.".

Art. VII. – In the Law on service in customs authorities No. 1150-XIV of July 20, 2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 106-108, 765), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:

1. Part (Article 6 to add 1) with the Item b-1) of the following content:

"b-1) for the last five years having in the register of testing of professional integrity of record of rather negative test result for professional integrity for violation of obligation, stipulated in Item and) parts (2) article 6 of the Law on assessment of institutional integrity No. 325 of December 23, 2013;".

2. Part (Article 15 to add 1) with Item l) the following content:

"l) observe part provisions (2) article 6 of the Law on assessment of institutional integrity No. 325 of December 23, 2013.".

3. To add the prolog of article 26 after the words "violation of office discipline" with the words "and obligations, stipulated in Item l) parts (1) Articles 15,".

4. Part (Article 43 to add 2) with the Item j-1) of the following content:

Art. VIII. – In the Law on diplomatic service No. 761-XV of December 27, 2001 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 216-220, 645) to make the following changes and additions:

1. Part (Article 10 to add 1) with the Item f-1) of the following content:

2. Add Article 22 with Item h) the following content:

"e) implementation of assessment of institutional integrity according to requirements of the Law on assessment of institutional integrity No. 325 of December 23, 2013, monitoring of implementation of plans for integrity and assessment of the made progress;".

2. Add Article 5 with Item-1) from the following content:

"with-1) to perform assessment of institutional integrity according to requirements of the Law on assessment of institutional integrity No. 325 of December 23, 2013;".
