Approve Provisional regulations for procedure for charge and allowance payment on temporary disability, pregnancy and childbirth to owners of agricultural holdings it (is applied) before entry into force of the law regulating the relations in this area.

Provisional regulations for procedure for charge and allowance payment on temporary disability, pregnancy and childbirth to owners of agricultural holdings

I. General provisions

1. Based on this provision owners of lands receive benefits in connection with temporary disability in case:

a) diseases or injuries;

b) pregnancy and childbirth.

2. Temporary disability benefits, to pregnancy and childbirth (further - benefits) are issued to the owners of agricultural holdings registered in accordance with the established procedure according to the current legislation provided that they directly participate in processing of the earth or in accomplishment of valid works, including on conversion of the agricultural raw materials received in association on collective processing of the earth (daleeassotsiation).

3. Owners who leased the earth and do not take part in agricultural works or in production process (conversion of agricultural raw materials), do not receive benefits established based on this provision.
