About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport"

Technical repair stations (platforms) providing services in maintenance of vehicles are created for the purpose of repair of vehicles and their maintenance, elimination of defects, including accomplishment on warranty conditions of complex works on their reliable and safe operation, and also ecological suitability.

7-1.2. Warranty conditions of the provided maintenance provide material and legal responsibility of the service provider for safety of results of the performed works and non-paid elimination during fixed term of this defect which again arose after servicing.

7-1.3. At technical repair stations services in maintenance of vehicles and all types of technical repair services in their repair are provided.
