About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About land management"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 "About land management" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008 No. 1, h 2, the Art. 21) the following changes and amendments:

1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.

2. In preamble of the Law of the word "local government bodies, authorized state body on land management" shall be replaced with words "self-government institutions of settlements and villages, authorized state body on regulation of land relations".

3. In Article 1:

- to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "all work types, and also";

- add with paragraphs the twenty first and twenty second the following content:

"-inventory count of lands - complex of the land management actions performed for the purpose of identification and determination of data on the parcels of land for the purpose of the state accounting of lands and maintaining the state land cadastre;

- examination of land management documentation - the activities performed by means of research, the analysis and assessment of documents of subjects to examination for the purpose of determination of their compliance to requirements of the legislation, standards, to the established regulations and rules, and also creation of the conclusion according to these documents.".

4. In Article 3:

- to state paragraphs of the seventh and eighth in the following edition:

"-creation of special land funds and reserve land fund of the area (city);

- preparation of land management cases based on the petition of physical persons and legal entities;".

5. In Article 5:

- the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
