About modification of Section 2.20 of the inventory concerning which the allowing procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union is established

According to article 46 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and items 4 and 37 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Make to Section 2.20 of the inventory concerning which the allowing procedure for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 2 to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30), the following changes is established:

a) in subitem 2.5 of the word" (except cars), made till 1950" shall be replaced with words ", made till January 1, 1951";

b) exclude subitem 2.6;

c) in Item 6 of the word", signs, counters, etc., made 100 years ago and more (except for the state awards of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union)" shall be replaced with words "(except for personal awards on which carrying there are medal books or prize certificates, exported by the winner), and also memorable and prize signs, desktop medals and seals, badges, counters, etc., created more than 50 years ago";

d) exclude Item 10.
