In pursuance of the Law on pledge N 449-XV of July 30, 2001. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, N 120, the Art. 863) and the Law on registers N 1320-XIII of September 25, 1997. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, N 77-78, Art. 639) DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Moldova
1. Found the Register of pledges of personal estate.
2. To assign maintaining the Register of pledges of personal estate to the Ministry of Justice through Archive of providing obligations on personal estate.
3. Approve Regulations on the Register of pledges of personal estate it (is applied).
4. Determine that the financial resources received from provision of services are used by Archive of providing obligations on personal estate on the basis of the expense budget approved by the Ministry of Justice.
5. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 622 of July 4, 1997. "About measures for implementation of the Law on pledge" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, N 54-55, Art. 586; 1999, Art. N124-125, 1073).
