About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, and in the Instruction for filling of form of adjustment of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 10, 2013 No. 289, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2016.

1. In Item 15 of the Instruction on procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257:

a) in paragraph three (after the table) subitem 11 and the paragraph third (after the table) subitem 43 of the word "and Republic of Belarus" to exclude;

b) in subitem 45:
