About modification of the Procedure for enforcement of technical regulations of the Customs union in the Republic of Armenia
According to Item 49 of appendix No. 3 to the Agreement of October 10, 2014 on accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 2 of article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 11 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:
1. In the paragraph the second the Section IV of the Procedure for enforcement of technical regulations of the Customs union in the Republic of Armenia approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 14, 2015 No. 28, of the word "till January 2, 2010." shall be replaced with words "till January 2, 2020".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
