According to requirements of Articles 18, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About telecommunications", Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:

1. Make changes to the Rules of provision in use of the cable sewerage of telecommunication approved by the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization of August 23, 2012 No. 428, No. 1571/21883, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2012 having been reworded as follows them which is applied.

2. To submit to department of communication together with Legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
