No. 56-57, 624), with subsequent changes and amendments and Art. 8 of the Law No. 1232-XII of December 15, 1992 on money (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1993, No. 3, the Art. 51), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations about implementation of transactions with cash liquidity in banks of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 200 of July 27, 2006 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 120-123, 441), with subsequent changes and amendments, the registered Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 720 from December 2, 2009, to make the following changes and additions:

1) In all text of regulations:

shall be replaced with words the word "shabby" and the words "unsuitable to the address" in the corresponding case "inappropriate to the address" in the corresponding case;

the words "commemorative and anniversary coins" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "commemorative and anniversary banknotes and coins" in the corresponding case.
