a) add with subitem 5.2.25 (108) the following content:

"5.2.25 (108). procedure for consideration of the applications about receipt of the conclusion on import of remedies of plants (pesticides) included in the Single inventory to which prohibitions or import restrictions or export by state members of the Customs union within Eurasian economic community in trade with the third countries, and procedure for its issue are applied;";

b) add with subitem 5.5.38 of the following content:

"5.5.38. the admission to carrying out registration testing of pesticides and agrochemicals of legal entities which have necessary for this purpose scientific and material logistics, specialists of the corresponding profile and qualification;".

2. In a month with participation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation to provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation reduction of the data placed in the federal state information system "Federal Register of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" in compliance with this resolution, and also in 4-month time to approve administrative regulations on provision of the corresponding services.
