About the free enterprise zone of "Ungheni-Business"

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Article 1. General provisions

(1) In the territory subordinated to municipium of Ungen, the free enterprise zone of "Ungheni-Business" (daleesvobodny zone) for the term of 42 years is created.

(2) For creation and functioning of free zone are transferred to use of its Administration:

b) the parcel of land Ploshchad 4,64 of hectare consisting of sectors of sites with cadastral numbers 9201105075, of 9201105018, located on Ulitsa Natsionale, 115, and with cadastral number 9201105020, located on Ulitsa Natsionale, 82, of municipiums of Ungen;

c) the parcel of land Ploshchad 0,73 of hectare, cadastral number 9201105003, the municipium of Ungen located on Ulitsa Industriale, 5,;

d) the parcel of land Ploshchad 11,73 of hectare, cadastral number 9277000011, located behind line of the commune Zagarancha, the area Ungen;

e) ceased to be valid;

f) the parcel of land Ploshchad 32,2695 of hectare, cadastral number 25442010170, Tuzara located behind line of the commune, the area Kelerash;

g) the parcel of land Ploshchad 23,7083 of hectare, cadastral number 6001305036, Nisporen located behind line;

h) two parcels of land: Ploshchad 1,4372 of hectare, cadastral number 5301404383, and Ploshchad 0,5527 of hectare, cadastral number 5301404382, located on Ulitsa Kishineuluy, 27A, municipium of Hynchesht;
