About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction to terrorism"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About counteraction to terrorism" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2006, No. 10, the Art. 854) the following changes and amendments:

The procedure for establishment of levels of terrorist danger and content of additional measures for safety of the personality, society and state are determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

5. In Article 17:
