About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About hydrometeorological activities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 2, 2002 "About hydrometeorological activities" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2002, No. 11, Art. 741; 2006, No. 3, Art. 167; 2007, No. 7, Art. 441; 2011, No. 12, Art. 850; 2014, No. 7 of h 2, Art. 418) following changes and amendments:

1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.

2. In Article 1:

- designate paragraphs the hyphen is familiar "-";

- add with paragraphs the ninth, tenth and eleventh the following content:

"-information products - the summarized information received in analysis result of data (data) intended for distribution or use;

- information of general purpose - the available processed information on the actual and predicted state of environment, extents of its pollution;
