Article 1. Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following changes:
1) in item 4 of Article 87 and in Article 89; except for Item 4, the word "name" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "trade name" in the corresponding cases;

2) in paragraphs of the second Items 1 of Articles 757 and 758, in the subitem 3 of Item 1 of Article 793, in Item 1 of Article 852, in paragraph one of Item 2 of Article 861, in the subitem 3 of Item 2 of Article 907, in paragraph one of Item 3 of Article 924, in the paragraph the second Article 964 the word "name" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "trade name" in the corresponding cases;
3) in Item 1 of Article 866 of the word of "trade name of the licensor and the protected commercial information, and also other exclusive rights (the trademark, service mark, the patent)" shall be replaced with words "exclusive rights of the trademark, service mark, the patent of the licensor and the protected commercial information";
