About modification of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in part of 1 Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following change:
to state Item 2 of Article 163 in the following edition:
"2. Liquidation of fund is determined according to the procedure, provided in article 98 of this Code and in the cases provided by the law.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
