The procedure of the termination of activities of the free enterprise zone and procedure for providing the state guarantees provided for residents of these zones (further - the procedure), determines the basic principles of activities of administration and residents of zone (subzone) of free entrepreneurship, and also state bodies, authorized to regulate action of free enterprise zones in case of early termination of their activities after entry into force of the relevant law.
1. Zone (subzone) of free entrepreneurship (in dalneyshemsvobodny zone) can be closed before the expiration established by the law which provides this status if continuation of its functioning contradicts the purposes of the legislation on free enterprise zones or economic interests of the Republic of Moldova.
2. The basis for application to certain free zone of the procedure of the termination of activities of free zone is the law on the termination of activities of the free enterprise zone or its subzone.
