Except for chairmen of the Supreme Court of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, appointment of chairmen, deputy chairmen of the courts and chairmen of judicial boards of the Azerbaijan Republic is carried out based on the offer of Judicial and legal council according to Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
