"The relevant organ of the executive authority has the right to check condition of the organization in Trial and Appeal Courts of case on these spheres, and also, in case of impossibility of accomplishment by the chairman and vice-chairman of the obligations in Trial Courts, or in case of vakantnost of positions of the chairman and vice-chairman, temporarily to charge execution of these obligations to one of judges of this court, and in case of impossibility of accomplishment by the judge of its obligations or in case of judgeship vakantnost temporarily to charge fulfillment of duties of the judge to one of judges of other relevant court.".
