in Rules of assignment of the national identification numbers to government securities approved by the specified resolution:

"1. These rules of assignment of national identification numbers to government securities (further - Rules) determine procedure for assignment by authorized body by regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - authorized body) national identification numbers to the government securities issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital, and accounting of the national identification numbers assigned to government securities.";
