About approval of the Regulations on procedure for development and approval of the list of the companies of light industry working in customs regime of conversion on customs area
For the purpose of accomplishment of articles XI and XII of the Law on modification and amendments in some legal acts N 1440-XV of November 8, 2002. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, N 178-181, Art. 1354), and also for the purpose of creation of adequate system of accounting of the companies working in customs regime of conversion on customs area, DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Moldova
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for development and approval of the list of the companies of light industry working in customs regime of conversion on customs area according to appendix.
2. To industry ministry together with the Ministry of Economics to develop and provide to Customs department the list of the companies of light industry working in customs regime of conversion on customs area.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on Mr. Mikhail GARSHTYA, the Minister of Industry.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2003.

1. In departure from customs regime of conversion on customs area the Regulations on procedure for development and approval of the list of the companies of light industry working in customs regime of conversion on customs area (further - provision), determine the mechanism of development and approval of the list of the companies of the corresponding industry which work at basis of contracts on raw materials supplied by the customer conversion.
