I. General provisions

1. This provision establishes procedure for use of the money collected as customs procedures.

According to Article 121, the paragraph (2), the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova, to the Law N 1149-XIV of July 22, 2000 (with subsequent changes and amendments) the means collected as payment for customs procedures are enlisted in the budget and in full used for financing of activities of customs authorities.

II. Procedure for collection and use of the money received as payment for customs procedures

2. Annually the amount of income gained from the customs procedures, and expense amount directed to content of customs authorities are provided in the bill on the government budget identical.

3. After approval of the law on the budget for this calendar year the amount of the income from customs procedures and maintenance costs of the customs authorities approved in the government budget is subject to monthly distribution. Initial monthly income distributions and expenses shall be in identical sizes.

4. Maintenance costs of customs authorities are made within the collected annual earnings from customs procedures and cash remaining balance, unused at the end of last year, with observance of the monthly limits provided in their funding plans.
