Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the number of employees of Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of March 9, 2016 No. 56-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Obligatory Civil Liability Insurance of the Owner of Dangerous Object for Damnification as a result of Accident on Dangerous Object".
