I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

II. LICENSING

1. Licenses for types of activity according to this provision are granted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Moldova (further - Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production):

a) in the field of processing industry on production:

1. fruit and vegetable canned food;

2. the fermented tobacco;

3. vegetable oil;

4. bread and bakery products;

5. confectionery;

6. soft drinks;

7. essential oils;

b) in the field of agricultural production on:

1. to selection and production of seeds of crops;

2. to cultivation of breeding animals and birds;

3. to production of commodity grapes and material for reproduction of grapes and grape landing material.
