About entering of some changes into the Regulations on the organization and implementation of the state fire supervision in the Republic of Moldova

1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on the organization and implementation of the state fire supervision in the Republic of Moldova approved by the order of service No. 195 from 25.11.2009, according to appendix No. 1 to this order it (is applied).

2. To provide to chiefs of territorial administrations (departments) of emergency situations studying and execution of this order by employees of local authorities of the state fire supervision.

3. Organize studying of provisions of this order during office preparation.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy chief of Service of civil protection and emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the head of department of rescuers and firefighters of the colonel of rescue service Anatoliye Vinichuk.

Changes and amendments in Regulations on the organization and implementation of the state fire supervision in the Republic of Moldova

To make the following changes and additions to the Regulations on the organization and implementation of the state fire supervision in the Republic of Moldova approved by the order of Service No. 195 from 25.11.2009,:
