About creation of fund of social medical insurance

According to the subitem 2) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 16, 2015 "About compulsory social medical insurance" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create non-commercial joint-stock company "Fund of Social Medical Insurance" (further – fund) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main objects of activity of fund accumulation of assignments and fees, implementation of purchase and fee of the subjects of health care providing medical care in amounts and on the conditions provided by the agreement of purchase of medical services.

3. To provide to the Ministry of health and social development in the procedure established by the legislation forming of the authorized capital of fund in the amount of 106050000 (hundred six million fifty thousand) tenges at the expense of means of the republican budget.

4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of fund in judicial authorities and approval of the fund charter;

2) transfer to the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of fund;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.
