1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 3, 2004 No. 453 "About approval of the Regulations on use of drugs and psychotropic substances in veterinary science" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 37, Art. 3733; 2012, No. 37, Art. 5002):
a) in preamble to replace figure "2" with figure "3";
b) in Regulations on use of drugs and psychotropic substances in veterinary science approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 1 of the word "included in the list of drugs and the psychotropic substances used in veterinary science approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "the drugs entered in the list and psychotropic substances which turnover in the Russian Federation is limited and concerning which control measures in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international treaties of the Russian Federation, and the list of psychotropic substances which turnover in the Russian Federation is limited and concerning which the exception of some control measures in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and international treaties of the Russian Federation, the list of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors which are subject to control in the Russian Federation is allowed are established No. 681 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 1998 "About approval of the list of the drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors which are subject to control in the Russian Federation";
