About modification of the Procedure for ensuring interests of owners of personalized securities in case of lack of documents of system of the register of owners of personalized securities of certain release
According to Articles 2, of 3, item 4 of part one and Item 18 parts two of Article 7, Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring protection of the rights of investors and observance by members of the security market of requirements of acts of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Add paragraph two of Item 3 of the Procedure for ensuring interests of owners of personalized securities in case of lack of documents of system of the register of owners of personalized securities of the certain release approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of June 24, 2014 No. 805, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 26, 2014 at No. 1021/25798, the words "and copies of the judgment on factual determination of loss of system of the register".
2. To provide to department of regulation of depository and clearing activity (I. Kurochkin) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to management of international cooperation and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
