About the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of February 3, 2000 "About overshenstvovaniye of state regulation of activities of the companies with foreign investments in Ukraine"

According to article 107 of the Constitution of Ukraine I decide:

Enact the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of February 3, 2000 "About enhancement of state regulation of activities of the companies with foreign investments in Ukraine".

In pursuance of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine:

1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

perform in a month justification of provision of privileges to the companies with foreign investments and target use by these companies, their branches, affiliated enterprises and representations of the goods imported for own needs;

cancel within two weeks of privilege, submitted to subjects of business activity by acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

provide in a month to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine offers on introduction of amendments to the legislation on obligation of tax payment, customs duty and charges when importing to customs area of Ukraine of goods, having determined procedure for their return to the subjects of business activity having the corresponding privileges and in procedure for state registration of subjects of business activity;

appeal to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about immediate consideration of offers on introduction of amendments to the legislation on the matter and bills of providing equal conditions of managing in Ukraine;

provide in week circulation period of the interested state bodies in the relevant courts about review according to the procedure of supervision of decisions which provided privileges to the companies with foreign investments which lost communication with the foreign founder investor, to their branches, affiliated enterprises and representations;
