1. In Item 6 of the Section I of the Procedure of consolidation and share split of the joint-stock company approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 6, 2012 No. 371, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2012 on No. 440/20753 (with changes), words", its central office or territorial authorities (further registering body) according to the delegated powers" shall be replaced with words "(further - registering body)".

2. In the Section I of the Order of registration of share issue in case of change of the size of the authorized capital of the joint-stock company approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 31, 2012 No. 1073, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 23, 2012 at No. 1431/21743 (with changes) to make the following changes:
