About modification of the Order of the Government No. 667 of July 8, 2005 and recognition voided some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 667 of July 8, 2005. "About measures for implementation of the Law No. 283-XV of July 4, 2003 on private detective and security activities" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 98-100, 748), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) appendices No. 1, of 2, 4 and 5 to recognize invalid;

Items 1 and 9 to state 2) in annex No. 3 in the following edition:

"1. The administration of the private security organization shall provide security personnel and bodyguards with uniform of green color and identification marks with emblem and the name of the organization, the official ID, depending on the carried-out tasks, special means and weapon during execution of service duties.";

"9. The personnel of private protection and the chief of security division given the right to wear uniform with identification marks shall wear it only during execution of service duties.".

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government, according to appendix.
