About modification of Item 60 (4) Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation

State Item 60 (4) Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 No. 260 "About Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the Russian Government Office" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 23, Art. 2313; 2013, No. 49, the Art. 6440), in the following edition:
"60(4). Drafts of the Federal Laws on the federal budget and budgets of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation for the next financial year and planning period (about introduction of amendments to the Federal Law on the federal budget and budgets of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation for the current financial year and planning period), projects of the regulatory legal acts concerning payment commitments of the Russian Federation, the Federal Laws leading to change of the income of the federal budget and budgets of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, state programs of the Russian Federation and also drafts of the international treaties of the Russian Federation attracting consequence in law for the federal budget after their approval according to Items 57 - 59 and receipts of the conclusions according to paragraphs second and third Item 60, Items 60 (1) and 60(2) these Regulations before entering into the Government go to Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation with appendix of all documents and materials under their approval (including the notes and protocols of conciliatory meetings provided by federal executive bodies (in case of their availability), the explanatory note, financial and economic reasons for the solutions proposed to acceptance by the draft of the act constituted according to Items 53 (1), 53(2), 57 - 59, paragraphs second and third Item 60, Items 60 (1) and 60(2) these Regulations.".
