Article 1. In the subitem "zh" of Item 3 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About joint-stock companies" (on September 25, 2001 word ZR-232)" if this power is not referred to council" shall be replaced with words "or appoints the acting as the head of executive body".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in one month after official publication.
