1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Instruction is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Moldova "About security circulation and stock exchanges" and the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 529 of July 20, 1994. "About State commission on the security market".

1.2. The instruction determines procedure for the admission and registration of foreign securities in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
